Fox Systems (FOX) has been awarded the contract to provide technical assistance to the State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services in developing a State Medicaid HIT Plan (SMHP). The work has four primary objectives: 1) assess the Medicaid As-Is landscape, 2) develop the To-Be landscape, 3) develop an electronic health record (EHR) incentive program plan, and 4) develop the SMHP Roadmap based on the inputs from the previous three objectives, as well as draft an Implementation Advance Planning Document (IAPD).
